How long does the tour last?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour usually lasts around 2 hours. It includes a short break in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How much does the tour cost?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour is free of charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I give a contribution to the guide?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you are more than welcome to do so and the tour guide would appreciate it. The guide will provide their email so that you can get in touch with them if you so wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How should I dress?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may dress casually if you like. Please be aware that if your camera is active, others will see you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My group is small, can I still book a tour?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we will include your group with other brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a large group, can I book a group without being combined with other groups?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, if you have a minimum of 40 connections, we can give the tour without combining the group with others. There is a maximum of 99 connections per tour. We ask that you please specify your wish in the comment section on the booking form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am I guaranteed the date that I have selected for the tour?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will try to accommodate you for the date and time that you have chosen, but because of demand and tour guide availability it might not be possible. We thank you so much for your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I submitted the booking form. Does that mean that my booking is confirmed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, you will receive a confirmation email when your booking is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made a reservation but I did not receive a confirmation for my tour. What should I do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please review your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email as often the emails are sent there. If you still can\u2019t find it, you can contact us from the contact section of the website. We will respond as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When will I get my tour link for Zoom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guide will send a link for the tour 2-3 days before the scheduled date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I record the tour?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ask that you do not record the tour. You can take screen shots of the material to analyze later and you can ask the guide to send you the references for the different points mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I share my link with others who want to join?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We ask that you inform us of the amount of connections that you will need and do not share the link with others unless they are part of the group that you booked for. Our guides have a limit to how many people that can be connected through zoom. We are happy to accommodate as many as possible, but we would like you to inform us of the total number of connections so that others who have requested the tour are not blocked from seeing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What language are the tours in?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tours are currently provided in English, Spanish, Japanese and French with more language to come.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
